Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will look into your query immediately. If the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement straight away. Please email photographs of the damage including the packaging to the email address stated on the packing slip and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 3 business day.

Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.

Once the order is placed and the item has been processed for engraving you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.

Delivery Information

Our personalisation and delivery process takes between 2-6 days depending on the service that you choose. This commences from the time you receive your confirmation email. 

Orders placed after 3pm will start to be processed the following day. Our Process time does not include weekends and bank holidays.

Free Delivery

Free standard delivery is only available on orders which have delivery to UK Mainland addresses only, and are to a value of £60 or over.

Personalisation Boutique reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility
